GA GOTV & VA Special Elections (12/4/22)

Early voting has ended in Georgia and Election Day is Tuesday for the Senate runoff. Crossing our fingers that our postcards did the trick to help re-elect Reverend Warnock. There are still two days in which you can help in other ways. Scroll down for text bank, phone bank, and ballot curing options. Join us on our election night Slack channel, #election-night-2022, after polls close on Tuesday evening to share election results as they unfold.

While we do plan to take a much-needed break from Zooms for the last two weeks of December (12/19-1/2), special election postcarding is kicking off with two important elections on the horizon in Virginia set for January 10th. These special elections will fill the Virginia Senate seat being vacated by Jen A. Kiggans, who is heading to Congress after sadly unseating Rep. Elaine Luria (VA-2); and in northern Virginia, voters will fill a seat vacated by former Delegate Mark Keam, who stepped down to take a position in the Biden administration. These elections could be a preview for the upcoming 2023 election cycle and with the slim margins in the balance of power in Virginia's two chambers every seat matters. You can get postcard addresses from Postcards4VA here and keep checking Abby the Bot at Postcards to Voters as we expect addresses to be loaded there in the next few days.
